JTO

The Phoenix Hebrew Academy is proud to be a member of the Jewish Tuition Organization (JTO). The JTO raises scholarship funds through the Arizona Private School Tax Credit, and awards need-based scholarships to students attending participating Jewish day schools in Greater Phoenix. Thanks to the generosity of the JTO, we are able to offer generous scholarships to students who could not otherwise afford the full  tuition.

Supporting the JTO At PHA, we believe that supporting the Jewish Tuition Organization is a crucial part of supporting the greater Phoenix Jewish community and The Phoenix Hebrew Academy.  Supporting the JTO can cost you nothing – because it is money you would have to give to Arizona anyway as part of your taxes, but the benefits the JTO provides are immeasurable. It is an organization that helps families, schools, and our community as a whole. We need all PHA parents to support and participate in this program. You will be excluded from receiving a JTO Scholarship if you don’t contribute. There is a maximum contribution of $2,006 for a married couple and $1003 for singles in 2013.

Remember you don’t have to give the maximum amount, every dollar helps.
